FAYBLOCK MATERIALS – A Proud Heritage of Quality and Service

Founded in 1945, FAYBLOCK Materials is one of the oldest and largest manufacturers of concrete blocks in North Carolina. Owned and operated by three generations of the Allen family, FAYBLOCK is proud of its stability of ownership and of its North Carolina citizenship.

Over the years, our growth has been impressive. We continually update our manufacturing processes to include state-of-the-art equipment, and we have led our industry with innovations such as chrome plating molds to reduce mold wear and produce more accurate, consistent blocks.  In fact, one large masonry contractor says, “FAYBLOCK makes the best blocks on the East Coast”

In addition, we own and operate our own fleet of delivery vehicles that include flat bed trailers and tractor-trailers with piggy-back fork lifts. This means we can get our products to the job site when and where you want them. Since our own company drivers are responsible for product delivery, we’re more responsive to your needs and special requests. Maintaining a large block inventory and our own delivery fleet means we can provide quick delivery for all types of construction projects.

Over the years, FAYBLOCK has responded to customers’ needs by stocking and supplying a full line of masonry and concrete accessories, masonry and concrete tools, landscape products, mortar and other bagged products as well as several lines of brick. We offer our customers the convenience of “one-stop” shopping along with cost effective company-managed delivery. Our extensive product inventories mean we can supply what you want, when you want it. And, our flexible production facilities allow us to meet your custom specifications. 

FAYBLOCK’S impressive client roster includes builders of all sizes as well as construction and contracting firms. In addition, we have supplied large-scale projects including airport terminal buildings, correctional centers, hospitals, schools, shopping centers, industrial  projects, professional buildings, large nationally-known chain store complexes and many of the buildings at Fort Bragg, Camp Lejeune and Pope AFB.
